When you register your account on our marketplace and are ready to put your first bottle for sale, we will guide you through the process of setting up your secure payment account. This step is essential to ensure that all your transactions are protected from fraud and scams on our website.
Setting up your profile before listing an item

When you begin the process of creating an item listing on our marketplace, you will be required to set up your secure payment account before proceeding.

Please note that bottles, will not be permitted for listing until they are approved by our marketplace team. We only accept high-quality bottles and do not allow listings for cheaper alternatives, as our focus is on maintaining a premium standard for our marketplace.

When you click on your profile you will find a red notification icon. When you click you will be prompted to provide your personal details, which are kept completely private for your security.

After you click the button, you’ll be prompted to enter all the required information to successfully set up your account. It’s important to be careful and accurate with this information, especially when filling out your description, to ensure that all the details are correct.

This process ensures that both buyers and sellers can manage their orders effectively, with the buyer having control over the release of funds upon receiving their items. It also emphasizes the importance of contacting customer service in case of any concerns before releasing the payment.
Process of buying or selling
- For Sellers
1. Payment Notification
As a seller, you will receive an email notification regarding the payment for your product.
2. Accessing Orders
In the email, you will find a link that allows you to view the order within your account.
3. Funds Securely Stored
The funds from the sale will be securely held in the cloud until the entire shipping process is completed.
4. Shipping Process
When the shipping delivery arrives at your door and the product is shipped, you’ll need to click the “Ship the Product” button.
5. Order Status
Keep an eye on your orders to ensure a smooth transaction
- For Buyers
1. Receipt Confirmation
When making a payment, you will automatically receive a receipt for your order.
2. Order Status
The person receiving the goods will have a button under “My Orders” to track their order.
3. Order Completion
It’s up to the buyer to determine when the entire process is finished.
4. Release Funds
Upon receiving the items, you can click the “Order Received” button to release the funds from the cloud to the seller.
5. Concerns
If you have any concerns about the product or encounter any issues, please contact our customer service before releasing the payment.
