Upon reaching the destination, our driver once again scans the QR code on the item. This action signifies the safe arrival of the item at its intended location.
2. Recipient Handover
Your recipient receives the item from our driver. Similar to the pick-up process, photos are taken to capture the item’s condition upon delivery. This documentation ensures that the item reaches its destination in the same condition it left.
3. Instant Feedback
Instant Feedback: As part of our dedication to constant improvement, our system prompts immediate feedback from the recipient. This quick and convenient feature allows recipients to rate and review the delivery experience, providing valuable insights for us to refine our services.

Our packaging
Climate-controlled secure boxes, tailored to accommodate, and protect high-value items. This box ensures optimal protection, both in terms of physical security and maintaining the bottle’s pristine condition.
Our integrated secure boxes for high-value bottles are climate-controlled. They maintain a consistent humidity level (around 55%-75%) and a temperature range ideal for wines and liquors, ensuring the content remains at its optimum condition throughout the transit.
Packing Guidelines
Customers have the flexibility of using their packaging. For regular and same-day dispatches, our recommendation to customers is to secure the bottle with bubble wrap and nest it inside a robust box filled with cushioning materials (like additional bubble wrap or packing peanuts) to minimize any potential damage.


However, for the best security and protection, especially for bottles above 5,000dkk, we recommend using our integrated secured boxes. If customers opt for their packaging, they can purchase these from designated stores.


For auction wine deliveries, considering their premium nature, we could either provide specialized packing materials or offer explicit guidelines, depending on preference.
